# Blindspot

> Blindspot is a free trading journal for futures traders, at https://blindspotjournal.com. It syncs with Tradovate automatically through the Tradovate API, or imports CSV and report exports from Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TopstepX, AMP Futures, TradingView, DayTraders.com and MetaTrader 5, pairs the fills into round-trip trades and shows net P&L after commissions, win rate, expectancy, profit factor, drawdown, a P&L calendar, MAE/MFE and breakdowns by instrument, hour, weekday, streak and tag. It has a built-in MCP server so ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients can answer questions from the user's own trades.

Blindspot is free while in beta, with no credit card. It is built for futures: contract specifications and point values, evaluation and funded prop-firm accounts. All P&L is net of commission and fees. Trading rules (a daily loss limit, a maximum number of trades, a profit target) are marked on the calendar for each day after the fact; Blindspot does not place or block orders, except for an optional, opt-in auto-close in the early-access Trade Health monitor. Accounts can be shared read-only with a mentor or coach, with or without comments. Blindspot is an analytics tool, not financial advice, and is not affiliated with any broker, platform or prop firm named below.
